Why Armaan Malik & Jubin are not as succesful as Arijit in new singer?

Despite of being promoted by T SERIES same label , Arijit has become a legend in his own right while Armaan Malik faded out , Jubin is doing well with remixes but could not be on same level as arijit??

I mistakenly read the title as Anu Malik and came to this thread ready for bloodshed.
