What if Jagtap heard of the kidnap and came to support/protect her. He might be her guardian angle. For him it might not have been that difficult to track her.

Sai can help/treat her enemy as a duty to her profession (jagtap, Shruti). she doesn’t consider anyone as her “friend”. Actually her character doesn’t show her needing anyone. She is always one-Person army.
