I know of two leads of one national show who got cast together in that show because they did a regional show in which they played leads. After the regional show ended the male lead auditioned for the national show and showed the makers clips of his regional show as part of the audition process. The makers loved their chemistry in the regional show so much they cast them opposite each other again but this time on a national show.

Are you telling me moments like this will never happen again?

Is this a tv only rule because the number of repeated couples in Bollywood alone would make this rule a lie? Just look at Kajol and SRK. They are iconic and have been paired together often coz of their astounding chemistry.

Even of late Deepika and SRK. They've worked together a few times already and will be releasing yet another film together soon.

Bea dear this stupid rule of not repeating couples is followed by all PHs in ITV for years 😭There are only few exceptions like Niti-parth, Hiten-Gauri and Nakul- Disha.

99.9% of the time they don't repeat same couple. Don't know who started this trend 🤔 but it's been followed by whole ITV religiously for years.

And yeah its only for ITV couple and doesn't apply on Bollywood (Thank God for that).

PS Which regional couple you are talking about? Just being curious 😒
