I am a working woman. But I put is as a shart in my nikahnama . Ayesha was in a hurry, she could've made it clear to him that she'll have a job after marriage.

I see his point on working as a secretary and I agree with him..but he can be sensitive to her wish ..like..look for a way to keep her busy , either allow her to continue her studies or take up a home job or something . Like tuitions or helping her mil in business ..at least discuss the options with her and not force his wish on her .

In his society , there r working women all around him..like that boutique owner ..soha ..women working in his office, bano ..so it's not a conservative thought ,unless he thinks she should not mingle with strange men Ala ashar
