Director is not at fault here. He asked him to tone it down but this genious didnt listen to him as pero his oen admission.

Yes I've seen all..didn't like TOH..Dhoom3 wasn't a masterpiece either. Haven't seen LSC..but people r saying he acted similar to PK..I've never had any complaints with his acting coz have been a fan since his early movies. .when he had that charm n innocence.

Secret superstar was Zaira's movie all the way..she stole the show..don't remember much of Aamir.

Yea every few months people will hate on Aamir being a bad actor lol..without even watching LSC..The last scene where Laal is sitting next to Rupa’s grave just broke me! Or when he lost his mother or when he discovered he had a son..Aamir shone in many moments in this movie itself..I don’t even need to talk about Sarfarosh and Dil Chahta hai etc lol..yes he faltered in the younger Laal parts..but nowhere close to the way critics are going overboard hating on him

I feel he acted better in PK though it was still not a great performance. In LSC he was terrible in most of the scenes. In Secret Superstar he did too much of overacting that I was actually thinking is he trying to imitate srk or is srk best suited for that role than aamir? 😆I think since Dhoom 3 his acting is going downhill. In fact in Dhoom 3 too the child actor Siddharth Nigam acted much better than him.

I think Aamir was good in emotional scenes in LSC, especially when he cries and breaks down at deaths of hia mom, Bala, Rupa or when he learns Rupa's kid is his own son.

He was particularly emotive and effective in some scenes as older, bearded turbaned sardar. But yes, his acting in other scenes as young student or young cadet Lal was okayish.

I have to admit Mona, Kareena and little Ahmad outshone him entirely.

BTW I wonder why is LSC totally missing from TV? No promos or songs playing nor tie ups with brands. Even boycott controversy is no longer reported.

I think those who liked original FG also enjoyed this movie

108 cr gross is done, still 80 crores need to break even and it may get it soon and may go above that too.I think the collections are not that bad,Then why people say it as flop ?
