Really I am very disappointed by his behaviour .

Exactly. That is what made it worse....he was shown as a person who has seen Vidhi ke confidence issues and claimed to be wanting to help her come out of all that but he himself humiliated her the most in front of the whole office😕....uske upar se he has no realization also. Dunno who wrote this and edited this but it was a clear mess.

Basically Dev came across as a rich, arrogant boss in that scene who feels entitled to talk down to people cuz he's rich and powerful.

Also, I dunno if it was just me but he almost seemed JEALOUS of Vidhi bonding with that Abhimanyu so easily😆....and I don't mean jealous in a romantic sense...I mean he kinda seemed jealous that his brother is not giving him bhaav but talking all nicely to Vidhi😆.

Followed him since Tumahri Pakhi days he is always shown very humble down to earth person but this type of behaviour don't go with his personality ,plus you have no right to disrespect anyone especially infront of the whole staff ,how can he could he be asked the others to respect him ?

Let's see if Dev-Vidhi talk about this in the auto ride...I don't have high hopes waise.....lol....Dev doesn't seem to have any realization about his misbehavior and seems to feel quite entitled to it - possibly also cuz he considers Vidhi just some random outsider at this point😆....but even then, if they have tried to establish him as a gentleman, it's deffo at odds that he hasn't reflect on his behavior with Vidhi. I can even understand his only focus in life is serving his useless and ungrateful family....lol but the tunnel vision was a bit much in the epi yesterday.

Dunno if the issue is that the makers want to keep a token conflict percolating to keep a distance between DV cuz ITV logic seems to be that if you treat someone with the basic courtesy of a human being, that means you will instantly fall in love with them😕😆.....so apparently you must keep berating them to so that distance is maintained for story to "build"😆.....I thought they already had a concept in this story about the age gap being enough of a deterrent for their story....but now they apparently need to show Dev berating her to really make it work?😕😆

@bold Totally! That would be the biggest turnoff the whole point of watching the show was that the guy is a well balanced human with no anger management issues.

I am disappointed that dev hasn't even acknowledged that he did something wrong 😕 on the other hand viddhi was the show stealer in todays episode loved her interaction with the kids.

Hopefully in tomorrow's episode they might show some remorse but considering itvs love for men with huge egos can't really say anything at this point.

It was in poor taste. He also had the opportunity to apologies at the orphanage. As a boss, he is not entitled to behave in that way, as it creates toxicity at workplace.

Even if its was any other employee, he does not have right to treat them in this manner.

Ya the editing was not good, made the character very weird and entitled.

@ bold did not even realize but yes, maybe he felt more threatened about her connection with his family, after she said her step mother also liked her food.

Are you talking about Iqbal the actor or Dev the character now? 😆

Iqbal is just playing whatever is in the script for Dev - can't really blame him there. And no, he's played a hot tempered character many times in his career starting from KYPH only😆....and even in Tumhari Pakhi, Anshuman had a temper and did shout at people.

Dev has been shown calmer than any character Iqbal has played before so that is why it felt weird to see a shouting Dev. Anyways I guess we should wait to see how he behaves in coming epis to get a sense of overall characterization.
