they will find new audience and new fandom

I just don't understand the reason. If they (Star or Gul) wanted to get rid of Arylie, then why did they force the leap to happen? Why not just end Arylie on a happy note? Show Arylie happily dealing with Imlie's pregnancy and then the birth of Cheeku and end it there. What was even the point of the leap? Just to introduce Cheeni? So at the end of the day, Imlie, the show became about AKT and Malini! Bhai wah! kya bat hain.
