Bcci controls cricket. They have made sure ind vs Pak bilaterals never happen and icc makes ftp based on that. Pak players are effectively banned from IPL, UAE and SA league. Because the BCCI wants it.

The world respect power especially the West. Russia banned from Olympics still the athletes participated under a different name. That's power.
