... I have nothing against males helping with the birthing process, but dear lord, I really hope the Choubeys don't take note of this and make Rishita's birth this dramatic.

But, taking into consideration what is happening in the show, it will likely be Dhara pushing aside everyone, delivering Rishita's baby, and then claiming she "owns" the baby and Rishita herself is too vain to take care of her own baby.

I really hope we get a normal birth.. but I'm asking for the impossible in ITV

Oh, and since a few of you were talking about angsty ShiVi, wet/angry/topless Shiva, there are days where I just wish this show would take a leap since there's only so much of crazy Dhara that I can tolerate.

As cheesy/contrived/and ridiculous as it sounds, I would love for the plot to go in the direction of:

1: Raavi ignores the Pandyas and becomes one of the most famous SM stars, and Shiva stands up for her seeing her happiness. ShiVi have their cute/romantic moments with each other (we get a few shots of them in bed together, waking up the morning after, sharing a cup of coffee together, etc.) But as she becomes more and more famous, their relationship is filled with angst and self-doubt from Shiva's side

2: Raavi becomes emotionally closer to her SM friends, not realizing how uncomfortable Shiva starts to get. This further builds up the angst, and they eventually have a huge fight in the middle of the road while it is raining. Flashbacks to their big fight after the Kanwad Yatra to show nothing changed, yet everything is different between them.

3: This time Raavi brings up the divorce thinking Shiva would fight for her. But he doesn't, and this hurts Raavi enough to leave. She finds out she is pregnant, and decides to come home, but becomes hurt again when Shiva angrily asks her why she came back. Cue their fights, some angsty gazes where both of them think, "If only you apologized, I would pull you into my arms and we could start over again" Anyway, their egos prevent them from resolving their MUs, so Raavi leaves without ever telling Shiva she is pregnant.

4: A 5 year leap happens; Raavi is now a famous actress who is hiding her own child from the media. She gets an opportunity to film with a popular actor, so she agrees to the script without realizing she needs to go to Somnath. She takes their kid with her, and the kid meets Shiva. Kid and Shiva have a few cute moments together without Shiva realizing it his child, and kid realizes she would love for Shiva to be her actual dad.

5: Kid meets Rishita's kid and the newly adopted baby in the house. They all become fast friends and plan for the kid to be a part of the Pandya family as well, so the kids begin to plot to bring ShiVi together. Let's say ShiVi experience all the things in the romance playbook (i.e., get locked in a closet together, go out on an impromptu date together, wear couples clothing, etc.)

6: Shiva eventually finds out the child is his and becomes very mad/angsty that Raavi hid the truth from him. Cue some really angsty/heated moments between them were Kanwar and Alice can show their passion/romance for each other. Cue some mutual pining moments of "I love you, but I also hate you for treating me this way!" and the eventual love confession

Idk, I just need anything other than Dhara at this point 😆

I just wrote a post in the EDT why this show is stagnating at this point and they are stretching the tracks like Rishita's delivery, Shiva-Raavi and SM, Chikoo and his mummy all because Leadben is on vacation yet again and made a conclusion that until leadben comes back there is not going to be any progress (which is the actual truth because that's the pattern set by Choubays and the creative team)😆

But, you went in the opposite direction and giving an entire storyline (I must say Khayali Pulav) for the next 3-4 months without BhabiMa in the picture at all, that too with a leap of 5 years😆

Me too not against males helping birthing process. Have male Obgyns in my immediate family 4 generations now.

Didn’t even feel awkward at 3 idiots scene- it had substory!

I have to say it in record here, both my deliveries were done by male Doctors on call - Dr. Scott and Dr. Farhat, will never forget them in my life. My husband and my Mom were with me throughout the delivery process, I too don’t have any problems when male Doctors delivering babies because they are equally good.

Just like you said, the above scene is cringe especially when the Devar- Bhabi relationship is not well written and the Bhabi has hots for the devar 😔

What can I say? I have enough khayali pulav content for leadben to take a 10 year vacation if she would like 😆

Leadben is happy with the endless vacation, viewers are happy with the endless ShiVi moments, Ashu is happy with wet/angry Shiva moments, half this forum is happy with ShiVi SR moment, the other half are happy with cute girl being cast as ShiVi daughter, I am happy with the khayali pulav content 🤣, and Star is happy with TRP boost

Only ones unhappy are the Choubeys because they can’t write a story without Dhara being mahaan and there is limited scope in this storyline for this to happen (which I did on purpose 😆)

But Choubeys, if you want this storyline, show Dhara going to the Himalayas to do a puja. She can climb up the mountains herself for maximum blessings for the Pandya family and Chikoo. You can even throw in a “Dhara is great” dialogue here and there and I won’t mind with all the other content I’m getting
