Maybe they will get separated.

Sai may go missing after she instructs Virat with delivery. This lady may send goons again or due to rains she will get lost.

Haa but then I watched the episode with standalone thoughts. So it is assumed that Patralekha is in 7th month. Godhbharai function!

So the episode starts with Sai saying her stomach is aching and imlie khane ka mann but then it is revealed that Sai ka pregnancy test negative aaya. Sai says jab kisiki dil se ichcha ho maa banne ki, toh unko aise symptoms aate hai. Light scene.

Sick guy when Sai was n hospital she had to call samrat as this guy didn't pick up the phone.

He didnt come for delivery, came to see something else.
