It has been only 3 days since lil Anu has been adopted by MaAn but only in these 3 days this 7 years old kid's vocabulary has been enriched by words like "sagi beti", "purani beti", "hypocrite", "live in", "extra marital affair", "get out", "home breaker" and many other words which even an adult like me is finding hard to write. She may have been sent to other room when those words were uttered but the level of volume of Shah family's voice exceeds the volume level of the best quality of loud speaker. Not a pet cat, dog or even a goldfish deserves to live in such a toxic environment. Yes even animals can sense disrespect and lovelessness. Lil Anu is a human. A kid living in chawl also have a better living condition than lil Anu. Not even in chawls all family members watch as mute spectators when a kid insults it's mother. Having only one meal a day, no access to sanitary hygiene or fresh water is better than no access to personal space and boundary. It's better to live in a street than to live inside a body with no boundary. Anuj and Anu should first raise themselves before raising a child. They both are suffering from highest level of stockholm syndrome. Yes even Anuj. In Anuj's case the captivator is his mental image of Anu which he carried for 26 years. As Anu can't move a step ahead without Shah's validation, Anuj can't think a step ahead without thinking what Anu will feel. Unless they can free themselves from the prison in their head, they should forget about adopting even a puppy. Why did Anu take lil Anu to Shah house today? Parents don't even send their kids to school if they are continuously bullied there. Anuj and Anu need extensive therapies to break their mental cage before building a home for a kid.
