Nah, I’m not buying it. As if there has ever been a reason for Ranveer’s outlandish behaviour. Ranveer quite easily has the biggest and best brand endorsements in the entire industry. I can only imagine how much this guy is getting paid by the Premier League and NBA. And I haven’t even mentioned the huge Indian brands like Chings, MakeMyTrip etc yet. Absolutely nothing to be insecure about, esp after looking at the trailer of movies like Shamshera.

Frankly, in terms of how shallow we are as a society, Deepika will always be judged as more of a "catch" than Alia.

That's just the truth - no matter how talented Alia is, Deepika's beauty will always make her more of a catch.

Insecure of Ranbir or jealous of him? Absolutely not. Like Ranbir, Ranveer is also working with the biggest directors, biggest stars, has lucrative endorsements and probably a higher brand value. And he seems to be content in his marriage. However, Ranveer has always been attention seeking (he would say it himself) and craving for love and recognition. Most actors have narcissistic traits otherwise they wouldn’t be celebrities. The difference is that Ranveer is more authentic vs someone like Ranbir will pretend to be this buddha who does this job for the love of the craft while doing all sorts of scheming behind the scenes to get roles and undermine his competition and even co-stars (like Deepika and Amir). If you want the top spot (which is absolutely fine), play it fair and square in the open, which is what Ranveer is doing. I will take Ranveer’s chichora, naked butt self anytime over someone as cunning, misogynistic and fake as Ranbir.
