Well everyone's bodies are different. She gave birth a year and half ago not yesterday. If kris jenner can give birth to kylie at 42 then why can't kareena? If she wants another baby now is the time before menopause kicks in. Anyway nothing is confirmed yet we have to wait and see.

Haha I don't think she's pregnant. She's just trying to get back in shape after Jeh coz she admitted it was a lot harder to do than after Taimur. She was partying and drinking up in a party in May, can't go from not pregnant to that big a bump in 2 months.
