Why didn’t Emraan Hashmi make big in Bollywood?

People where busy discussing his kissing scenes then his acting.

Have seen most of his movies and I find him a decent actor.

He has a movie coming with Akshay Kumar so he isn’t completely vanished.

His son had kidney cancer ..

We never know the cross every individual is carrying !!

He will be back in the Tiger series as the main antagonist . Thats a very Big project . I am sure he will shine in it

It was my childhood that all his hit film came but i haven't seen any film except Awarapan. The reason is this image he created of a serial kisser. Parents were wary of it and they didn't like his films played on TV let alone on a theatre.

To become a famous hero one has to build a family friendly kind of image, so that the films can be watched by kids and adults without any awkwardness. So he didn't build this image and remained unknown and unfavourable for the masses for a long time.

because he was master of kisses and liplocks ...which became normal in bollywood after 2010 now every one is a kisser and everyone can liplock , kisses , S#X became normal in bollywood ...emran hashmi be like Hum shariff kya huwe sari duniya he badmash bangaye

He is very Underrated

everyone in BW copied his method* acting. so he couldn’t make it big.

It was his own fault. Emraan didn't even try himself to portray a big star or do some big films. He was happy with Bhatt's films. Eventually, now he is doing his second lead to other big stars. His negative role in Tiger 3 might get him in the spotlight.

Emraan was quite a good actor but his image and the unnecessary taunts by Bollywood itself ruined him. They made the audience concentrate more on his lip locks than his acting.

These days almost all heroes are serial kissers but for Emraan the tag got stuck
