Why is Arjun Kapoor still getting films ?

Even after multiple flops? Nepotism at its worst form

I think the films Varun, Kartik etc don't do--these go to Arjun kapoor as the producer would think atleast some level of opening the film would get rather than casting a newcomer ? still dumb decision though

Their money their wish, audience have to think about poor workers when the films get boycott or flop.. Rich can waste their money on anything.

I have never found him thatttt bad as he is made out to be on this forum. I actually remember this girl I used to know who was a huuuuuge fan of his, so I think he has some sort of fanbase because of Ishaqzaade or whatever that film was called.

Nepotism wasn't born just after SSR's death; it has been here for centuries. It is not just the film industry, it is in every single office, everywhere. People crying about this will do the same things when their kids come of age in some profession, tab wohi cheez LAAD ban jayegi.

He has been atrocious for almost the entirety of his career (I stopped watching his films after a point).

But I watched Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar because I love Parineeti Chopra and the director Dibakar Banerjee (Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye!, Love Sex Aur Dhokha, Shanghai).

And I am glad to report that the film is easily one of the best of 2021, and also, Arjun's performance is one of the best of last year too - I don't think he was quite Top 3, but in the Top 10 for sure. Parineeti is at her very best too. Recommended.

This is something even I fail to understand. I mean you know the film is going to bomb. He has negative BO pull.

Isse better toh RKR and Ayushman k chances hote hain movies hit karane ke.

Wonder if its all black money ko white krne ka scam. Otherwise I don't know why anyone in their right mind would cast him.
