You are right. The story went for a toss from there on. The had story but was handled pathetically. Tej ko use hi nahi kiya. They introduced a lot of unnecessary melodrama. Not to mention that nonsense adoption drama that started at the same time. But even then at least Meet² were still a team. The essence of Meet² was still there somewhere. I dont remember but trp did drop but not below 1 i think. And biggest thing is Meetwa was not mentally and emotionally weak. Both were emotionally strong. He in fact pulled her together, motivated her even when there was death threat. He did falter when that Guruji predicted some danger to Meety but then afterwards he did understand. He was the one to tell her to channel her anger. He spoke up in front of Babita supporting Meety joining the police. Razia track usi time mein mila thha so definitely he had a brain that functioned. During the training when he was accused of the expired medicines, he was not emotionally weak then too... he was ready to face the problem, but control went to fainting Babita and then Mamaji.

Bas leap ke baad pura ka pura satyanash kar diya. Like entire character profiles were gone plus their communication was faulty. Phir negativity and hypocrisy se I think pura forum khaali ho gaya thha.

There was a total change in leads character profiles. Meety became sacrificial and over protective and Meetwa became dumb, non introspective and overall weak. So many wrongs portrayed in the show - crime, emotional and physical abuse, hypocrisy and no consequences faced by the doers.

Maine tho itna saara likh diya😆 automatically ranting start hota hai ...

I remember during that track even I was like Meet H is too stubborn with her need to be police officer…. that time Meet H’s character also went for a toss … when she started manhandling Ahlawat and blocking all his efforts to romances with punches … and too much mentioning her new police title ….those new writers complete killed the characters… atleast with this leap, the writers got the characters he want to write about .. he is unable to write good realistic character…. so better to give him nonsense angry young man and demure touch me not FL… ab jisko dekhna ho dekhe … I still feel it will work .. because zee k shows have too much dukh dard and nonsense (some bordering on being absolute filth) … and this is the only show which is not that toxic … baki dekhte h …

@bold: Yes... I too felt that. This anger and dhokebaaz pe jo uska sui atka hai... its all just a character profile that the writer wants his male lead to have at the beginning... koi meaning nahi hai.... and Meety ko bhi itni delicate dikhaya hai... so I dont think they are bothered much about consistency because they just want to start with this base for now.

Its like they follow a top down approach instead of bottom up approach... End result is decided. Then accordingly they will fill in something to reach that end. So nothing is ever stable 😆

and comedy is gone too.. First screenplay writer was so good at it …. well ab to character hi same ni rahe … dekho kya dikhate h… mje bs ye janna h k Chhotu Meet kaha h? baki ye manjari h ya Meet H koi fark ni pdta … because Meet H jb Meet A ki baat ayegi tb self respect ko bilkul ni consider krti… jb real life me b aise examples hote h to show me to kya hi bole kuch b dikha skte h…

but still taking abuse and insults from in-laws like they are some kind of blessings.. is what intolerable for me ..

yeah kiddo Meet ka kuch nahi pata... Actually I watched only first two episodes so thankfully I didnt have to see Manushi. But bts se samajh mein aa gaya ki they have not touched on it. Mujhe tho lagta hai they will show something about the baby only when they reveal that Manjiri is Meety, which may not be anytime soon. Abhi tho she will come in front of everybody one by one and convince them that she is Manjiri and a different person. Only maybe a few will still believe that she is Meety like Raj, Anubha and Meetwa ka tho aise confused reactions dikhayenge that his heart says that its Meety and brain says she cannot be...you know kind of typical push pull stages that itv male leads go through ... waise this was what was missing previously... Meetwa's pov. Abhi alag tareeke se milega.

Baaki kya aur kaise dikhayenge pata nahi.

aj ka episode dekh kr mje lgta h Hoshiyar is helping Meet H … and Manjiri is Meet H only … baby k bare me to mje b janna h… baby is alive itna to h .. kunalwas about to mention but Manushi ne rok dia .. actually they are opening the story layer by layer … each episode tells us what went wrong and why certain character is changed … for example

monday - we knew Meet Ahlawat and Babita are not talking… Tej has ruined ahlawat ka business… Masoom kinda has strong hold on the family and Isha-Deep are still not married

Tuesday - Meet Ahlawat met Manjiri and we are introduced to Manjiri and got to know Masoom and Hoshiyar are separated …and Masoom has her own venture

Wednesday - Manushi and kunal are living in hooda house and Anubha is not happy with the arrangement but still not saying anything… They certainly do not have the baby with them…

Thursday - Popat bua is introduced

Friday- Hoshiyar’s backstory, Manushi’s motive to stay in hooda house and she is well off due to her own venture but still craves for validation from Anubha .. I hadnt figured out that Hoshiyar and Masoom were separated... then thats a drastic change too... a lot ... means really a lot has happened in their 1 years time...

If Hoshiyar is helping Meety then its great! I really like Hoshiyar. But then Hoshiyar would also know about the baby?

I think usne Hoshiyar ko ni bataya h … bs bola h k help chaiye … wo kyu chd kr gyi ti time ane pr bta degi… kyuki hoshiyar is not a good secret keeper … and plus Meet Ahlawat jaise mood me h .. agr use pta chla to wo Manushi ka khoon kr dega …. Meet H ka sun kr kre na kre pr apne bachche k liye to kr hi dega ….
