Seriously kya waqt thaa ! Koi gandagi nahi, koi ghatiyapanti nahi sirf romance, comedy, realistic drama with lots of slice of life vibes. Aur YHM toh kaafi time tak romcom drama hi thaa.

Accent ka baat jab chal hi Raha so let me mention this too - ye sony ka new kanha show, idk for what joy they have given the mother an irritating accent. Is it even an authentic one? Kyu har show mein zabardasti accent ghusana hai, i get the representation and all but it's hella annoying. Tried watching one epi cause the kid is so cute but that damn accent hogo ogo togo is distracting. Kinda Sanju ka accent from ha sir show. Kahi same ph to nahi 🤪

Mujhe humesha aisa lagta thaa ki ye zaroor kissi new producer ka show hai as Yhm was very very differently executed from all the other balaji shows, it didnt had zooms or typical mantra bgms for the first few years. Aur uss time trp ka bhi mujhe kuch pata nahi rehta thaa toh jab SPA 2014 hua tab Mihika Verma ne jab puri yhm family ke saath award liya tab mujhe pata chala yhm is very famous. Mujhe lagta thaa koi dekhta nahi hai ye show as ye kaafi der raat ko aata hai. After knowing its a very famous show i was super happy.

Evn tho i was not fan of YHM lekin mujhe iski from the very first news se leke show launch hone tak saari khabre pata thi 🤣🤣

At a first raman character ke liye Vikas mankatala, iqbal khan was approached then cezanne khan jisne epi bhi shoot kiye thy nd then finally karan patel

Ishita ke liye anupriya kapoor (tere liye) was first choice then priya bapat (marathi actress) nd later they finalised divyanka

Evn santoshi ke character ke liye navneet nishan actress approach hui thi yeh bhi yaad hai.... Plus in one iv divyanka ne bola tha ki YHM ke liye wait karna bahut difficult tha as show ko first approach karne ke baad almost 1 yr laga usko floor pe laane ke liye during that time mihika verma and woh ek dusre ko call karte thy ki kitna difficult hai wait karna nd all discuss karne

Then yhm ki har trp pe bhi mai nazar rakhta tha first was 1.3 or 1.4 and then dhire dhire badhne lagi within 3-4 weeks and show becone popular at late night slot just like BALH1

Yes many ppl doubted abt success of show, evn cast ko bhi nhi laga tha 11pm pe yeh hit hoga lekin 11pm yeh blockbuster hua

I remember instead of waiting more they chose 11pm slot, star plus ne i think unko choice di thi ki ya toh aur wait karo ya 11pm lo as star plus ke pipeline me aur bahut shows thy so in the end ekta chose 11pm
