Neil has little to no experience right now. We don't even know what degree he has. Maybe if he was in business administration then many several years down the line working at the hospital he could potentially be the next CEO.

Parth is least interested in becoming CEO. He barely shows interest in being a doctor. He loves music so he's going the way of music therapy for now but who knows what his ultimate goal is.

I agree none of them deserve or should be CEO, they need someone like Harsh only coz as professional he was good and the only thing he was dedicated to

exactly! None of them are fit to be CEOs of this big of a hospital. The show will obviously portray abhi as the most deserving candidate because he is the hero, but in real life, someone like abhi would hate this kind of job that entails people management and administrative/paper work. His passion is helping people through medicine. We don’t even know if he is good at operations (I mean day to day admin operations, not surgical operations😆). As you said, Neil could may be become CEO but that’s after getting lots of training and experience, which he does not have at the moment.

and that is the base that akshu has endured so much and lived a pretentious life.

Here also for me kairav is not trying to solve the issue like manish or mimi, he is trying to create bigger issues by interfering
