the notes at the start seemed familiar. Might be excerpted from the old movie Love Story theme. Some of the 70/ 80s movies incidentally had hauntingly lilting soundtracks- eg Dr Zhivago, Godfather, Chariots of Fire, Once Upon a Time in the West, The Way We Were, Eyes of Laura Mars etc.

@ the Guddu Pandit actor 🤣.. the guy is definitely burned into my memory as guddu pandit now. but he looks so different in this song unlike the guddu pandit of IF and his GIF's. 😆😆

I didn't really know Neeti Mohan but she def. has an amazing voice. I've heard this song before, it's def. very charming.

the notes at the start are from Chand Chupa Badal Mein ... so I thought anyway. I really like Vishal Dadlani's singing too .... I think he's very underrated as a singer.

I don't know if there's a karaoke version. I don't think so but perhaps someone can create one. Don't ask me how though cuz I wouldn't know. 😆

Chand Chupa is already a mesmerizing song and Armaan Malik has the kinda voice that can melt anyone. I remember him from Lil champs when he used to be one of the child contestants and used to my favorite back then too. ☺️

by the way, I wonder why they dont have more of the sax/ trombone in Indian music. I think those are great sounds. KK's maine dil toh kaha has the trombone and it sends me. Still cant believe he's gone. Last night, I came across Tu Hi Meri Shaab Hai from his last concert. It was so electrifying, but it was so sad/ hard to watch. Such a life force gone.😭

I've watched season one, it's good, I recommend it, haven't watched season 2 yet.

Armaan Malik was in lil champs? Really? He's Anu Malik's nephew, however, unlike his uncle, who sounds like someone being put through a shredder, he has a good voice. 😆

I just listened to it from 40 to 50 secs and that's how the song Chand Chupa starts :) ... but I looked up the love story theme and it sounds the same. 😆 they likely copied it but I love Chand Chupa and whatever they did to it.

I wouldn't be able to spot sax/trombone in a song cuz I don't really have an ear for them. I listened to Maine Dil Se Kaha only after he passed. Don't remind me of KK though. :( Tu hi meri shab is one my favorite bollywood songs and always will be. 🥺
