Wow Harshada, I have no words. Your reviews are beautiful stories. As I was reading, your point of views, opinions and just thoughts are exactly what the episodes were. Biggest for me is that as you said, TR is just super relatable and these episodes just proved it even more. TR doesn’t just tell a story, it really captures the essence of the character and then stick to it. The emotions are relatable, there’s no added drama, glamour, or masala. Everything is just portrayed realistically.

I loved how you broke down the rituals and the compilation of their dialogues (silent confession) was just great!!! As I read all of them together , I am like how can these 2 not know how much they care and love each other (well Khadus now realizes that Appu may feel something for him too so that’s progress). Their relationship has certainly progressed a great deal.

I loved that you referred to Netra as bitter babe 😂!!!!

I didn’t remember about the lightening (could be because I struggled understanding everything in the earlier episodes 😂—for better as episodes went on and situation changed—came on IF 😂). I agree though that it simply beautiful and wholesome. Khadus just not comforting, he’s teaching her to be strong and for me that was ❤️ too (it is unlike other shows on ITV)

The thumb scene you so beautifully described 🙌🏻

Honestly, just so well written and told beautifully (just no other word can express the sentiment lol).

I shall now go back and rewatch these episodes before falling asleep. It’s the weekend, I can sleep later than usual right 😂.

Thank you so much, Arshia. Glad you had a good time reading this. I had fun writing too despite my laptop giving me a headache. 🤗

TR makes me nostalgic every once in a while. The emotions and bonds are just so honest and relatable.

The bitter babe. 🤣

It was from her birthday night when Dr. Anjali calls and Apurva breaks down. She had confessed it that night and Khadoos and the Kukki gang heard. It was extremely significant for me and I can't tell you how happy I was to see them actually bringing it up again like how I had expected. I had decided to revolve either a scene or a shot around it back then itself. Like I said, it is very significant for me.

Thank you. Extremely glad that you had fun reading. ❤️

I can't wait to see what you've got planned for their date! I know some of it is going to be more emotional and angsty than romantic but it will still be amazing!

It's going to be a date of roses and thorns like I have mentioned earlier. Gonna try and write tonight. ❤️

Someone needs to ask her what she was doing then: asking for sweets at Babi's wedding, then the fake coughing, creeping behind BS while dancing, falling down on purpose, asking him to stay with her, getting him to apply ointment on her....like Ms.Bitter Babe (love the new nickname btw!), if you can stoop so low. Appu can do anything she wants with her Khadus...and he will happily do it too despite his objects

Anything except letting go of his science and shaving his beard! 😆

And ponytails and colorful rubber bands. 🤣

I don't know...get him in a good enough mood, maybe after they confess 😉, and he would probably let her do it, at least in the privacy of their bedroom!

Kukki gang won't be able to see him that way since he wouldn't let that happen, but Appu will make sure they find out whether intentionally or as part of her word-vomit at some point! 😆

I've a question. Usually in arranged marriages, both families involved discuss about their history and close members.

Kaushik was open enough to tell about his seperation with Anjali, about his sister's and equation with Netra.

Then why didn't K family tell him(at least) about their elder most daughter who's estranged?

I understand not mentioning Bhaskar since he wasn't blood relative and left many years ago.

But Madhavi and vinayak having an elder daughter should have come up from their side.

Good morning gals!

😂😂😂 I absolutely cannot watch horror films. When I do watch shows that involve mysteries or crime shows, I do the same thing! Why is it that we normally always watch such things in the dead night 😂.

I’m sure once you rewatched an episode or so, thoda darr kam hua or atleast diverted your mind.
I feel asleep watching the vrat purnima episode 😂.

I was able to make son breakfast today 😂. Other than that I don’t want to move but have a lunch to go to and then some errands before the episode tonight!!!!! Long day but once it’s all done can relax when the episode posts and discussion! 💃🏻

It’s always good to be upfront and straight forward in arrange marriages (in any marriage in fact) and Dr. K had to explain Anjali’s absence as Apu’s mother. Obviously the girl had or has a mother so where is she. It needed to be told. In Apu’s case, Dr.K mentioned it from the very beginning to explain Apu’s harkatein.

As for Avantika, it would have been great if they had told Dr.K about her but was it necessary? I don’t think so. They have crossed her out of her life (whether or not I agree to this is another story, can’t end relationships like this). They didn’t think she was a part of their life to be told about nor did they ever feel she will be back in their lives. She reminds them of a dark period in their lives. So to bring her up at a time of happiness, they probably didn’t feel it necessary. DK gets angry at the mention of her name and Mai gets emotional and sad.

A mother’s absence, especially the bride’s mother, always needs to be explained but the groom’s cousin’s existence and story is not crucial to the marriage.
This was probably the thought process of the family.

I swear. Her conversation with Dr. Kaushik kinda cracked me up as she went on with Appu is deliberately making Shashank run after her. Are bayko hai na wo uski. Wo jo chahe wo kare. Tum kaun? The bitter babe? Karela Kadwa, Madam Netra? 😆

Thank you for reading. Glad you had a good time. ❤️

It’s the perfect name for her. I feel we can come up with many names for her character 😂, all very negative. She makes is just so easy.

She is his bayko!!! She can do whatever she wants. Stop worrying about their relationship and apni fikar karo 😂. Dr. K bechara is like mein kaha phas gaya. Shouldn’t have brought her 😂
