What i think about what manit said that we will some good changes and some bad changes in rishabh character .means may be he will have feelings for preeta .so audience may not accept that as he said in todays episode that in his eyes preeta is karan wife.so may be that is bad change he qould be referring to

I want her to repent losing Rishabh.

She took Rishabh’s loyalty towards her for granted.

But now that he will marry someone and that too Preeta, she will realize what she lost (by choosing Prithvi) and what Preeta has gained.
