Why isn't Prithviraj working ???

Tanhaji based on a Maratha warrior did 278 crs and Prithviraj is a more well known historical figure than him. Granted thar trailer received a lot of criticism but I was still expecting it to do a decent business if not a clear hit. It also has Akshay who is probably in the best stage of his career .

Because they casted someone who looks like neighbor ki shadi me naraz baitha hua chacha ji to play a 25 year old warrior .

His constant blabbering about how he finished the movie in only 42 days didn't helped either .

The movie is a utter mess, the dialogues suck, the acting sucks, the VFX and sequences are terrible too.. the way they showed how Sanyogita, a Rajput princess talk to her parents made me cringe so much. YIKES.

I will have to watch the tv series again to feel better. Idk tareef thi PRC ki ya beizzati.
