I agree with people here, AB is senior of all, his name should come either first or in the last adding 'WiTH' or 'AND'. Bhramhastra team is really reckless or cut the teaser in a hurry. They should be careful with all these things when you are bringing alot of star cast into your movie that too seniors.

And remember no one's name can guarantee the movie to be a hit but still you should follow the seniority and respect an actor has in the industry/with people.

One believe or not AB has huge fan following then anyone in that film.

The fact he took this role tells the real story of where he stands in BW right now. When he was the biggest star in India he would never have accepted a supporting role in a film. Now he wants the work and his ego is somehow happy to take small parts for cash but still wants to be treated as if he is the main draw for the audience. I once thought no one could take away the legacy of AB Sr - turns out AB Sr could. And he regularly does by acting insecure, spiteful and petty. Oh this actress didn’t publicly acknowledge my stupid tweet. Oh I can’t tweet in support of this film and it’s cast and crew that gave me a job unless I have top billing for my 15 minute part. I grew up seeing him as an absolute hero. Now I see him as a cranky insecure little man hiding behind the fading facade of a hero.

In another decade he was the biggest star in India. At any rate this attitude (I mean his, not yours) of almost trying to take offense at every little thing seems wide-spread in that generation. Every one lets every thing “hurt sentiment” and requires retaliation or backlash. The thing is, if he were really secure in being “the biggest star in BW” he wouldn’t be bothered by where his name comes in the list. He is NOT the lead and no one insulted him by listing the names of the leads first.

The actual section of people who are fan of big B mind you, I am talking about our fathers and grandfathers are not that familiar with twitter to find out his sheniagns. They still respect him and will still watch him in KBC.

There is a reason there still were big crowds at Jalsa in pre-covid period.

Yeah old people do get cranky in this age, that doesn't reduce their respect in our eyes

Probably a little of both but more so hurry and rushed. Dimple Kapadia is in this too and she wasn’t even shown. I’m sure her role isn’t that big but she’s a well known name and a senior artist.

Not really.

Sometimes it's the seniority, yes. But sometimes it's the length of the role, or stardom too. I can give you enough examples of each.

So there is no protocol that was being flouted here, considering Ranbir and Alia are the main leads, having their names first is the logical choice. Not to mention they are the biggest stars among the cast too.
