Sai could not refuse to treat malhar because she was assigned at emergency ward...there was CCTV cameras available so when malhar was breaking things in the hospital premises ,the cops should have been informed immediately..

If I'm not wrong Sai did remorse at the jail she killed her first patience.. Still she wasnt blaming anyone but herself..

Vanker could have brought the track after few days ...Its too toxic and even scary to imagine that mere intern may loose her dreams before it could start..
