Part 12 - Second last chapter

The next day, Aryan followed Imlie he didnt want to but he did. She saw him meeting that guy again. Thats it! He got out and went to the car where they were standing and talking. He grabbed Imlie’s hand and put her behind him.

“Look mister, she is my girlfriend so stay awa from her”

“She is single , she only told me. She did mention some psycho lover being after her” Aryan scowled and turned to look at Imlie who was looking at grounf trying to hold laughter.

“I am damn officer, i will put you in jail on wrong charges” he removed his gun to scare him off.

“Niklo idhar se” pointing at him. Imlie from behind told the guy to leave and showed him thumbs up.

“Ok ok Bye Imlie we will talk later” he said scurring away.

“There will be no next time” Aryan yelled at the running man’s back. He looked back at Imlie angrily and slowly walked towards her, Imlie took steps back both staring at each other. Imlie stumbled on big rock and fell.

“Oww” she winced in pain. Aryan yelled at her, “Akal hai ki nai, dekh nai sakti. Ek jagah khadi nai reh sakti” looking for any injuries on her foot.

“I am ok just little sore” she said softly putting her hand on his. “Why do you care so much? Hmm? Kyu bhaga dia use? Koi to hai jo mujhe i love you bolta hai?” She pouted . She got up denying his hand he had offered for help.

“I can take care of myself anyways i have to live alone anyways” she said sadly

“Dont you see from my actions what i feel for you” holding her shoulder.

“Look into my eyes, dont you see it Imlie? Does saying those words will change my feelings huh? No Imlie” he said almost in whisper.

“Soemtimes words can give you strong affirmations Aryan. Some people like words, someone like me . I dont want you to say those everyday no way. But just to express youself only once will never ask you” she said tear dropping from her eyes.

“Fine .. let me call that guy” she said teasing

“You know what Aryan you dont have to say it. Its ok i understand i know what you feel for me. I love you, you gave me strength and comfort at my most horrible time.” She removed something from her purse and went down on her knees and took his hand “I love you, Will you be my husband Mr Aryan Singh Rathore. Will you comfort my nightmares? Will you mend my ripped soul? “ She started sobbing .

“I know am not perfect physically or even mentally “ Aryan was beyond touched.

“Pagal Yes “ he took her head and hugged it. She sobbed in his chest.

“I . I love you” he said which made her cry louder but there was happiness in it.

“Get up”Taking her hand and taking her to car.

“Lets go on drive just me and you and our songs” Then he kissed her, he was scared knowing it might trigger her but she responded slowly. “Are you ok?” He asked

She nodded , “Help me forget Aryan everything, I dont want to be alone anymore please” she appealed to him.

“Aaj se tum humare saath rahogi. I dont care “ as they sat in car. Aryan came played his playlist and he took her hand and kept on the gear with his on the top.

They drove around the city, and finally Aryan took her home where they packed her stuff and went to Aryan’s home. His mom was more than happy that she told her husband , that she will give company to him for beer. “Welcome to lunatic family “Aryan whispered in Imlie’s ears. They had good time that night as they conversed just like a family. Imlie was little hurt as she remembered her own parents. But god gave her this beautiful people at most unexpected time.

“Tomorrow is the verdict hopefully. I need them sentenced or i will do something to them even if i lose my job” He told Imlie seriously. Imlie was lost and now worried, about tomorrow she doesnt want to go through those horrible questions again . God know what they will ask tomorrow.

That night they slept in separate room until they arent married, Imlie was little traditional it was her decisio even though she trusted Aryan a lot.

She wants tomorrow to have happy ending too just like today. She prayed to god and slept.
