Well you guys can Kill me... Because I didn't like today's episode at all🤣

Imlie's dialogues were such a turn off for a person like me for whom Self Love is in the highest phase.

Hum maile ho gaye hai...

20 year old saying this about herself than think how much Maila Malini had been carrying a child of her ex but you were trying to keep her in your house without any relationship with your husband or his family just for the kid. Did you wanted him to marry her in future or adopt her kid yourself?

Daag and safed kapra.... Lol sis you are not at all kind with your own self. No one becomes maila when they move on with their life, why did you believe this? You didn't believe this in other context and you came from such a harsh place yourself.

At least you divorced a legal husband think about your mother in the 90s she didn't even faze to give birth to you. You just deteriorated your mother even below yourself.

Do you think Aryan is just there to make you understand your value? Lol he is trying to do that from ep 310 the day he entered this show. His character is only limited to that purpose? SERIOUSLY?(And pls don't defend her she will go in this self doubt zone again the next moment Narmada gets manipulated and say such things)

Also sometimes you need to sacrifice yourself for the purpose of work. I have heard life stories of many actors who had to go for shooting even when they knew when they would return they won't see their family. Or the people who lives with the earnings of daily basis they might know that their loved ones is dying but the one who's alive will also die if they don't earn that's why they go to work. In normal works they can show their sadness but actors, a theatre actor from our state once got sympathy when he cried till he fainted on stage when he had to act like he is crying for his dead mother but later it was out his gf died in an accident she was spot dead and he went to the stage after he was informed about this by her family. Did her family hate him for his job? NO they understood that he can't leave the stage without completing the show

THE SHOW MUST GO ON

Then why they had shown Narmada like that?

To which level the society accepted women to be?

Does being independent with money secures your independence from the strings of society?

Imlie is Besharam? When she had no control over everything in her own life she decided to degrade herself with others words?

You expect that from a 20 year old, the age when people are ready to fight the wrong things?

Or she doesn't know what's wrong or right even after experiencing so much?

Imlie to portray Women Empowerment my apologies first but it's disgusting to see a character like Imlie will talk about women empowerment when she doesn't love herself a bit.

The person who doesn't know self Love is ought to question themselves in every point of life at other's words.

And I hated it when they made a 20 year old say those lines. The lines may look mature but believe me it's not maturity.

This girl has zero consideration for herself neither when she was with AKT nor with Aryan. And Narmada I told yesterday she went off every mortal bridges for me.

Imlie needs meditation and solo trip to Goa and none will happen as she is a Sanskaari Bahu who got home duties also office making it clashing each other and giving the message if women tries to do both it will clash at any point of life and yes GOA wo tum bhul jao: SHE LOST HER SOLO TRIP LIFE WHEN SHE DEDICATED TO FIND A BETTER HUSBAND RATHER THAN A LIFE FOR HERSELF.

Edit: Someone please teach that girl about self love, she needs a journey for it. And it's better if this comes from a female because then she could relate to it better.

It sounds really sad and absolutely true. But let me get back to you and give my point of view after watching today's episode.

Will be back soon.

Thanks for the tag :-)

Pls change the title, although it's not your intention, it's violent and against the rules you might receive a warning.

I'll come back to the post later.

You are right to a certain extent. But again we are talking about a 20 year old here who has a basic nature of attachment to family since she was brought up alone. She goes all the way to protect a relationship if it means letting herself down. There have been times when she has taken a stand for herself and no AKT or ASR was needed. When she decided to do things - may be the PD trip to save AKT, Walk out from AKT or ASR when there was no truth, one questioned her character, the other she felt used her in his revenge plan.

She has her moods..While she was broken and could make kadi and zone out off the Adini wedding, here, she is already very very vulnerable, those words coming from someone whom she loves and trusts the most does get to you. That's why the maili dialogue came and she isn't the right choice for him.

Bottom line, when we can fight for ourselves with no support majority of times, there are instances that we let the guard down and hit the lowest and we need either time or sometime to get us back on track. That is where Aryan came in today.

I thought I was the only one with whom today’s episode just didn’t sit well with one bit. Nice to see someone else agrees. 🙂 I think it’s quite clear that this is being done to maintain Aryan’s relevance to the story. Because if they show Imlie as actually being able to exercise some autonomy and self-respect, and make independent decisions for herself, it’ll render Aryan’s character pointless to whatever the story is that they’re trying to tell right now (I don’t even know what it is anymore). I don’t know what disturbed me more, the fact that they shifted the entire focus of the narrative from Imlie’s ordeal to Aryan’s swooping in as the quintessential ITV hero and “rescuing” “poor”, “helpless”, “lost without him” her, or the fact that they didn’t even try to be subtle about it with the dialogues lol. Didn’t they present a similar narrative in the past with Aditya as well? It’s just not done for ITV makers unless the day is ultimately saved by a man. I find myself forgetting whose story we’re actually watching because the character whose story we’re supposed to be watching, is barely much more than a false protagonist in her own story.

She wasn't at her lowest for me because growing up listening najayas is more bitter. Or getting to break a home? What would anyone do if it was your own mom saying? Ok yeah one wants to say MIL should be like mother but if it was your own mother you would have corrected that person or even ask them about how could they say such things when they have seen most of the things.

Tbh this somehow lines up to the ground level MIL can never be a mother. How could they? She would be everyday concern about her kid but not others, you don't feel much for others kids. Step mom's are very much not nice for this reason except a few. How she expected that Narmada will love her like her own mom or even be like Aparna who stood against her own son for not accepting her marriage with Aryan.

Narmada was still in the zone to share happiness with Imlie but when a bad time comes she will be in the front row to hit her. She needs to fight for herself today Aryan might try to make her understand but what if he is in a business trip. This girl will leave him without saying anything because she would think herself not well for him. Wouldn't this traumatise Aryan?

I am there for Aryan but the portrayal of women they are doing in the show is really not good.In reality no men helps, not even parents relatives or friends, it's you yourself at the end.

She could fight for herself indeed but when? When she is cornered the most or in the zeneith point of her own life.😒

I expected Imlie to take a stand for herself. walking out of the house with head held high, as she did no mistakes. she didn't voluntarily walked in to the marriage even. she prioritised him and his family even before marriage, even she kept her ex in law family before herself. but ITV means a man has to come and pick up a torn and tired girl. maybe to keep Aryan intact and important, they are downplaying Imlie
