We request our users to keep their email updated.
a) It will help them in retrieving their account in the event they forget the password.
b) Accounts with non-active / disabled emails will have to reconfirm their email to access their account.
c) We never send unwanted emails and only the ones which the user have set in their preferences > Email Notifications settings. All emails sent by us also have an unsubscribe link through which the user can easily unsubscribe too.
d) Users who are getting emails in their spam folder we request you to whitelist our emails so that it is not lost in Spam folder.
This reduces the load on our system and reduce our cost as sending each email has a cost involved.
