Tbh, I think the topic should have been discussed when they were alone. Neither Krish nor Ram’s friends should be around for this topic. And what’s this dialogue by Krish, why does he need to assure that Priya was indeed kidnapped, does he think Ram will suspect Priya’s words but trust his words?
As you said Ram already knows why she hid it from him, her explanation will only actually worsen the situation. Ram needs time & space, not constant badgering which Krish seems to be doing as seen in precap.
I would have definitely preferred if Ram and Priya had talked when they are in their own but with MM sending her away and N insecurities it seems to be difficult for them to get a moment. Priya didn't want to wait any longer so told Ram when she found him.
Also, being ITV how would they create drama and high emotions without such scenes?
