They prob didn’t have resources to set up a hospital scene in London. So makes sense they continue the hospital drama in Moga as London.

Maya am had said they would do his last rights in London. I swear if they actually show his body burning moga style, all logic would be thrown out

Amrik fighting for his life will take a few episodes, only when fatejo end up in hospital…..those scenes are done in the done in 1/2 a episode.
