The thing is S1 is here so stretched that audience lose interest in watching S2. On top of that here sequels of a show launch after 6-10 years which is very tiring.

Arey even S2 of drama serials dont work (with the same cast). Sns2 would have badly flopped if Gehna naukrani story didnt started on 4th week. It was fluctuating horribly like that Smart Jodi now when Gopi and Kokila was taking the lead for the first 3 weeks.
