Boloni (Filled with either potato, leek or pumpkin). It is essentially a flatbread that is stuffed with a variety of ingredients and then fried. You eat it with either yoghurt or chutney.
Ashak (Chives dumpling topped with yogurt, split peas and tomato sauce garnished with mint).
Kachaloo Korma/Qorma (Potato wedges cooked with tomato base sauce+ mild spices and herbs garnished with coriander). Eat this with bread, fresh chili and squeeze a bit lemon. YUM.
Sabzi (You know what this is)
All gravy dishes can be eaten with Afghan bread or with chalaw (white rice) or palao.
I'm setting this post aside for future reference.😆 I haven't explored Afghan food much.
