If you ask me, the guy is sending out feelers to you...to see how you react to his overtures.

Dost ka touch alag hota hai and interested bande ka touch alag! I'm sure you have noticed which this one is!

Think whether you are feeling uncomfortable with the touch or maybe the touch is fine but the idea of him being anything more than a friend doesn't sit well with you...aaisa kuch hai toh entire that you make it clear. A simple pulling away of your hand should be enough of a signal.

If you feel you can consider him to be more than a friend, then you should give it a serious thought. Commitment shaadi ki nahi karni hai...so don't feel overwhelmed. But no harm in exploring if the relationship can go beyond friendship.
