is there going to be second part???loved it as always ❤while watching the show so many times I wanted her to leave that place and go live a different life... you just can't and should not force someone to love you , right 🙂❤
YUP! There's a second err...perspective to it. Shiva's POV. 😳
Thank you so much for reading 🥺❤️
Ritu 🤗 this drabble was heart wrenching but in the end all is well that ends well❤️ Very beautifully written Raavi’s thoughts and her inner turmoil. We needed this after Raavi and we were put through in the form of torture.
First of all, Ijaazat is a special movie in mine and my husband’s life, our favorite movie of Gulzar. We have watched it together many number of times. This song is special too. I am glad you wrote the drabble keeping the song in mind.
Raavi indeed went through so much and for her to take this decision was the right thing to do. He has done it in the past and did it again, abandoned her, I am glad she decided to go away especially if his love was true, he would search for her in any nook and corner of the world, which he did. What Raavi went through is unfathomable, no other girl in her place would have stayed as long as she did to expect another chance. I hope Shiva learnt his lesson and the damage he caused by leaving her.
P.S: Is it too much to ask you to write Shiva’s thoughts when Raavi was gone for those 3 months until he found her? Just a drabble would suffice😆
Prema Deeeee ❤️❤️❤️😭😭😭
Ijaazat truly is a masterpiece Bollywood gave us. I've read SO MANY writers analysing TF out of everything from that movie - be it the lyrics, dialogues or scenes, everything has a charm to it that captivates you within seconds.
This piece is for all of us one month ago who wanted her to move out of PN and let go of all the toxicity she had been holding on to. Those pre-second-wedding episodes were hell. After watching the wedding and the little by little progress we are seeing...I don't know how all of us went through it. 😆
There is a Shiva's POV with an entirely different song and same ending.
Hopefully will write it as soon, well as soon as my brain gives me the motivation. 🤪😆
So glad you liked this! 🥺❤️

This was really beautiful 😍. I wanted Raavi to leave PS so many times during the last few months. I liked that you didn't show either of them in the wrong.
Aww thank you so much bub ❤️
Glad you liked it 🤗
Beautiful, definitely waiting for the Shiva version.
Thank you so much. Will begin working on it soon 🤗❤️

Always been a "puraane gaane lover" ! And this one is such a wonderful song and the lyrics, uff! ❤️
The way you connected the story with the music is just amazing!
This one is such an endearing piece of art, I love it ❤️
Loved your portrayal of Raavi's pain and end mein Shiva ki entry 🤗
OMG me too!!! Imma born in the wrong decade, I say it always. This movie and song both are within my very being. So rustically perfect! ❤️
Glad you liked it. 🤗

AW MAN THAT WAS GOOD AS!!!
First of all, this is one of my favourite songs and you have used it magnificently in this piece! I loved how you matched the lyrics with Raavi's situation!!! It was just so beautiful ☺️ And of course, your descriptions are always so detailed and rich with beautiful words that always hit the right chords!
Coming to the plot, I am so happy that you made Raavi walk away from that clown fest 👍🏼 It was the best decision for her! The way you narrated her attachment to her mangalsutra being far greater than her attachment to Shiva (in some senses) was very interesting! For me, her mangalsutra symbolises her relationship with Shiva and in some ways, it guarantees her a sense of belonging! I think that’s why she was unable to let go of her mangalsutra because she wants that feeling of belonging so bad.
Oh no I started rambling 🤡 idk if this is what you wanted to communicate through your writing, but this is what I interpreted 😛
Shiva comes to find his Raavi Sabka saaman sahi jaga pahoch gaya ❤️
Thank you so so so much Mandira for this lovely comment! ❤️😭
I'm glad you like descriptive writings...its always such a task during editing. I go all sleepy lmao. 😆
Coming to the Mangalsutra...In my mind making her go back for the ornament was her refusing to leave the piece that was a part of her now. Shiva wasn't hers, at that point but the MS would always remain a remembrance of her marriage and belongingness to the man she loved. The one Somnath bestowed her with. So yeahhh...if I was able to convey this to you...then its all the validation I need for this piece. 🥺❤️😭
Bold : Lol I laughed and went Aww at the same time 😆

This was beautiful!!! I loved how Raavi took the right stance. I can't wait to read Shiva's POV and what he went through to find her. And ERM, we need another part after Shiva's POV to see their happily ever after. Hopefully, w/put Dora. Both can settle here in Rajkot as Raavi is hesitant to go back and Shiva stays with her for her sake. Thanks for the tag!
Hailllssss 🤗
Thank you so much for reading 🥺❤️
Will start working on Shiva's POV veryyy soon 🤗
Well let's see if after Shiva's POV if I can conjure up an OS or something. Dekho ab. 😉
