I think the misunderstanding will continue, even though she will have those conflicted thoughts seeing Fateh. See, in no world Tejo can imagine Amrik gadha has sent those messages from Fateh's mobile. Intact Fateh,Amrik or Jasmine neither of them has any idea about those messages either. So even if Tejo gets confused seeing Fateh's situation after her apparent demise but the misunderstanding about the message will continue.
