The cost of Dhoni leaving captaincy is Jadeja. I am not sure whether Jadeja can bounce back to his old form. With every losing match his morale is going down and for every winning match Dhoni is getting the praise.

If we CSK ke matches

Jaddu ne matches fhasa diye hain while batting, he did the same in last match and even before too.

I love Jaddu and want him to perform and entertain us.

But I think even if results are not in our favour, it will make Jaddu ka better player.

&

Will do even better for India and CSK will be better next season.

One of the reasons CSK losing is that, their playing 11 ke players keeps getting injured and the horrible fielding they are doing.

Even in 2018-19 when they had a more aged group still they were better fielders and now it is not that old side and we are seeing this.

all those players you are mentioning are almost gonna retire. They went for Jaddu since he has many years to play. The biggest problem is that Dhoni and & co. mostly have 30+ players in the sqaud. They don't have youngsters who can take on the role after Dhoni. They never really made any plan in the last few years in terms of building the next generation for csk.

True but they can thought of team building later on, and if they want to win they need to change the captain. Captaincy plays an important role in winning you may have best players of the world in your team but you will still loose if you don’t have the right leadership that was the case with Bangalore. They was so stuck on Kohli that they were ready to loose, he may be a good player but he never was a good captain and the same case is with Jadeja. If you wanna give chance to young generation then make gaekwad your captain.
