It is something built painstakingly on a foundation of a lot of things, friendship, responsibility, respect, accountability, security, comfort, communication,. freedom and other things, either all of them or some of them at least. I do not disagree with you at all. :) and no judging either -- what you are saying is fully practical. as I mentioned in my post, I had the same thought as you well when the possibility of the pairing was first teased. it was the haldi scene that gave me a glimmer that we might be in for a nice romance. however, it needs to be written out and right now, they have hardly laid any of the bricks for this romance. so we will have to wait and see if the writers do well or if it is half-baked like in the old 90s movies where pyaar won over economics in a matter of a love song (eye roll)

am hoping that now that the drama behind the scenes with the actor's exit has played out, the writers will stop running through arcs in a shatabdi express fashion without any proper build for it.

to be honest, the current arylie arc - date situation is not working for me right now --- I feel we are getting romance without enough bricks in the oven.

Sorry Mili for giving you positive hopes yesterday. I am annoyed with what they showed in today's episode. Why can't the CVs just let Imlie have some office scenes for atleast 1week. Beech beech mein they can show all these kitchen politics, right? Nahin....ITV bahu means unnecessarily ghusaofying her nose in unwanted matters.... because she's mahan. 😡
