Correct. The actor got a movie so he couldn't devote time. Here they can still show Anupamaa ka growth and success story. Uske liye anuj ka marna zaroori nahi hai. I hope they realise the potential

So they r following sreemoye track hnupama is adaption of sreemoye so I have already told many times in sreemoye they did show Rohit cancer so possibly hai anupama mein anuj ko cancer dikhayein
