Virat didn't expect that she would turnaround - so quickly. That is why he was so angry. He doesn't want Sai to be so aloof but he doesn't want to forgive her also. So he like confused

Because he was used to seeing Sai hover around him like an excited bunny till the point where he broke their relationship. Suddenly that break-up broke Sai's heart badly, she went two steps back, almost immediately. This was something he did not anticipate. After he broke up, Sunny told him about Sai haar na maan jaaye baat in the car. That was repeated again today to emphasise again. This is adding more to his confusion. His anger right now is more to get a reaction out of Sai. A small hope that she won't give up. He still loves her.

I did like that they connected the diya like this today. Kuch to relevance tha us episode se.

Vo diya bujhana by V was like a bad omen. Glad it could be turned around this way.

Also a fact that V extinguished the diya but Sai didn't. Even today, she hinted multiple times that it is he who has given up not her. Songs did too. Her lines were more positive.

So the diya/love she is holding is still lighted/alive. It is he who wants to go away and extinguish it. Beautiful parallel.

Ayesha had a micro seconds change in expression during the dance. Clip up in SM thread i guess. She is looking at him lovingly when she is behind him but turns stern when she faces him. It's a facade she has put up to break him. And he will. He cannot handle this Sai. It confuses him and makes him frustrated.

Even in the precap she said the optimism is for someone who gives all their efforts..... Which she has done whereas he gave up easily hence he has no optimism.

Loved that bit of dialogue. Some good writing finally. Hope they maintain it. 🤞🏻🤞🏻

It was out of the syllabus for him. He was expecting Sai to pacify him.

So that's why Sai kept saying "Kal kya hone wala ha, mein nahi jaanti". She is confident he will break before he leaves for Bangalore.

So it is a strategy after all.
