Instead of this they could have shown Isha insisting that Meety go and visit Deep in jail and talk to him and help him. And she goes to meet Deep for Isha's sake. Then if they had shown Meetwa listening to Meety Isha talking later and angry that Meety didnt tell him, it would have had more logic.
