Finally watched on Instagram right before I fall asleep. TONS of foreshadowing today. Accident kaand is exploding on sangeet + adoption kaand is next up!

Akshu tells Aarohi that Abhi has forgiven them. Aarohi hugs her, but Akshu has a fist. She says that next time something like this happens, she will never forgive her. Akshu has come into her own, and Abhi’s love has won. This is foreshadowing to the next kaand (most likely adoption) that Aarohi will be involved with. Akshu will not forgive her for hurting Abhi.

There is a video call between the families that is really cute, despite Mahima and Harsh sitting in the corner making stinky faces. It will be Goenkas vs. Birlas at the sangeet! Abhi tries to blow Akshu a kiss at the end of the call, which was super sweet.

Harsh yells at Manjari about the department. He says he has no value left. He wanted to be consulted about it. While his sentiments are valid, his treatment of Manjari is toxic to the core, and his insecurities are wayyyy too blown out of proportion. He tells Manjari that all she has, including Abhi, is becuase of him. Again, alluding to adoption— Manjari is likely not his biological mother.

Abhi comes and tells Harsh to keep his voice down. Manjari, as usual, gets upset with Abhi and tells him to knock next time before coming in. I feel for her in moments like this, because her abuse has led her to constantly be torn between her husband and son.

The PI tells Abhi that he is coming with evidence this evening. Abhi wants to tell Akshu, so he tries calling her. The Goenkas are rehearsing and are super competitive. Super super shaadi vibes. Thank god, because we cannot expect any happy vibes from the Birla elders.

Reem calls Neil, and Abhi stares at Akshu from the background. Both Reem and Neil notice, and they purposefully leave their phones so Abhi can talk. So cute! Akshu sees Abhi staring at her, and they hide and talk to each other. They tease each other, and this conversation was one of their best phone calls yet! Right as Abhi is about to say about the PI, Kairav and Shefali take the phones.

There is a small scene of Shefali working and Parth again comparing her to Akshu. Absolutely unacceptable. He will be the reason that Shefali turns against Akshu one day.

Akshu becomes emotional on her own, saying how easily Abhi forgave them. She says that her love for him has increased even more. She is touched to the core. This scene is really symbolic… Abhi has become everything for Akshu.

Aarohi finds it doubtful that Abhi forgave them so easily.

Akshu screams that her favorite singer is coming but its the sangeet. Reem’s phone is still on, so Abhi will hear and bring him!

**Mahima sends a letter to the PI saying the sisters were in the car + ____ was driving. She has for sure written Akshu's name....***** My thought is that the footage will ultimately reaveal the truth (of 2 other people or of at least Aarohi, so it will all backfire regardless)

Overall, such a cute episode that was worth the wait after Hulu’s dhoka!

Excited for this accident track to end + it’s happening for sure this time, with adoption lined up next!

I noticed one thing. Akshara always sees the positive side of Abhi that's why she believed Abhi has forgiven her and Aarohi. Not once did she feel that how can he forgive them so easily and how can he be so chill about it? She knows behind that angry young man is a soft loving kid in him and she thinks that soft loving kid became bhaari on the angry young man. Well, she's not completely wrong about him and also she thinks Abhi heard everything. Even if he had heard he would have forgiven her though he would have not forgiven Aarohi.

Aarohi too is not completely wrong when she doubts Abhi forgiving her. She is well aware of the fact that how much Abhi hates her. She is finding it really hard to believe that he can forgive her so easily without doing any tamasha, without yelling at her and insulting her. For her, Abhimanyu is an impulsive angry man who can even blame her for the Russia-Ukraine war. 🤣

It's high time Shefali needs to think to get rid of her toxic marriage. This toxic marriage and her toxic husband are making her too toxic.

That time to she had very smartly got out by luck, similarly this time the same will get repeated. It feels like watching bhagyas where leads suffer n villains roam around scott free 🤢

In my view there is something deeply problematic in the portrayal of a character who can reconcile the knowledge about doing a hit and run with her conscience, and then immediately switch to being cheerful and exuberant within a few days. The writers haven’t even felt the necessity to have a scene where the lead character apologises to the perceived survivor of the hit and run!

I understand one shouldn’t be looking for too much depth and meaning in these tv shows but there hardly seems to be any continuity in the narrative. The audience is being served completely disparate pieces that appear more as music videos interspersed with a few dialogues in between. The dialogues are also largely limited to the lead pair. The rest of the unfortunate cast (unfortunate because some of them including the lead pair are very talented and have both acting experience and skills in their repertoire) are made to play the role of props barring a few rare scenes that comes their way. S3 had shown some potential in the initial months and projected a freshness that was otherwise missing in the tv show format. But right now it seems to be going the way of the other run of the mill shows. Pity.
