I think that Aarohi will use Mahima's email, which probably says that Akshu was driving, to her advantage and also blame Akshu for being the driver. But, either the footage will reveal the real culprits or Abhi (maybe with Neil's help) will put it all together, and Aarohi will be done. She will be badly blasted. Akshu will also see her true colors and how low she can drop (as if she hasn't already seen enough). And after all of this Aarohi will come back for revenge.

and neil will be the saviour as always along with hospital staff who will prove how arohi was on drugs and doing cat walk. This all will make her loose her licence temporarily and she will get back to abhi for revenge to get it back from akshara
