I'm surprised the forum isn't in flames w him getting ready. I loved the getting ready + having a convo Arylie. Man is fine in all angles. ☺️

I think the trust part was about Imlie's character of going back to her ex for illicit liaison not about what transpired between AKT and Imlie in office. We are swooning over his trust on Imlie because atleast for him Imlie doesn't accept him as her husband. Probably hates his guts and still is in love with her Babusahib. Yet she will never step out on her marriage with ASR and go back to BS.

He should have given the file to Imlie coz whether she does it for him or for Aryan and his family the end result of her investigation is the same, Aditya's exoneration. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot and remaining totally true to character. First destroying the video proving his rape by Malini and now this, his bad habit of destroying pertinent information/evidence is becoming a chronic illness now.

Anyway our cutie patootie jagga jasoos did well in getting as far as she did. I loved that after the file was burnt she shed tears but not because she couldn't prove Aditya innocent but because she couldn't help ease Aryan's pain. Awww. Too beautiful.

I also loved him questioning why shes justifying herself if she doesnt think she marriage is real. She turns around to say im just telling you the truth - Yeah right girl!

See I felt the reason he burnt those papers was out of pure jealousy. Imli just negated any feelings for him other than the fact that she cares for him only because of his association with the T’s and what both of them mean to the Tripathi’s. And of course outright says she does not love him anymore.

Although she has mouthed similarly to him , yesterday I felt was when the realization dawned to him to . You can hear it in his dialogue when Imli says I cannot see the sadness in Arpita Didi, Kaakima aur.. he completes it with Aryan and tears roll down ( the new AKT’s acting is meh so we need to sort of fill in the blanks! 😬) And as she continues to say Aryan will keep burning in the same fire that killed his BIL if I don’t prove you innocent . It’s pretty clear where her priorities lie. So the egotistical he can be burns it , thereby keeping it away from her reach in turn not to help Aryan .

What I liked in todays episode was that Aryan is goddamn confident that even if Imli investigates she will come to the same conclusion as him - AKT is guilty. But at the same time AKT (and Imli for now ) are equally confident that he is not directly at fault but it’s circumstances and he was just doing his job .

Moreover in previous episode where Aryan at the hospital demands Imli if she is going to make him Apologize to AKT or Help punish AKT / Bring justice - the makers I feel have kept the suspense going to see which direction are they going to swing it.

While it’s not a surprise how I want this turn out to be /whose side I am on 😆, I am looking forward to see how Imli will tackle this investigation, because Aryan and AKT (unknowingly) seem to be giving her a clean slate to begin with. To start an investigative journalism from the beginning so that she can form a completely new opinion.

I always liked this revenge track , there is so much meat in it and can run for episodes together ( all the suspense, drama, intrigue, angst , romance it has it all)

Hope they do a decent job in presenting it at least .

Exactly.. I have been saying the same. Imlie's dialogue yesterday also gives me hope. When she said can't a wife have different opinions or POV from husband. ASR has always respected and even encouraged her thoughts and POV. He was against Imlie getting involved in the investigation and revenge till yesterday. But now after seeing the extent to which she is going and then how defeated she is feeling, he again choose her and her opinions over his pov and protective instinct. He indirectly gave his support in Imlie officially persuing the story in an unbiased manner.

I want to add, AS's character just keeps surprising me. What a treat to see a man on mission for revenge but still time and again shows better reasoning and judgement in dealing with the revenge. He mis-steped with falsely accusing Adi and quickly backtracked. He used the same bait to force Imlie yet gave her chance to right the wrong. He learns from his mistakes like he told in previous episode. ek galti baar baar nahi karta.

Yes, I did get that he burned the file out of jealousy but was just pointing out how stupid his actions were though because with that action he lost too. There was no harm to be had in Imlie having the files, in fact it might have been good for him.

But whilst we are on the subject how exactly did Aditya know that Imlie was gonna come to the office looking for that file on that day and at that precise time? It's a question full of logic and I know there is no logic in daily shows so please consider it a rhetorical one.
