I don’t think Minty mocked. She just stated her opinion on Bipasha’s appearance. It was going to be either postive or negative. So you can say it was a criticism. But mocking would be what Trump did to Miss Universe. He called her Miss Housekeeping. He insinuated that because she had put on weight she deserved a different type of job. Minty never called Bipasha names. She didn’t even call her unattractive or ugly. She just simply said that she didn’t look good. To me that is stating an opinion. When the doctor tells you, you are overweight and you should reduce weight in order to remain healthy. He is giving you his medical opinion. I don’t think they are fat shaming. Anything that mentions weight isn’t weight shaming. Or at least that how I see it. Others can disagree.

totally agree. People get het up over any kind of criticism. It's gotten ridiculously PC these days, to the point of absurdity😆

I thought Bipasha was gorgeous throughout the early days of her career. Then she got surgeries done on her eyes and lips and has now lost the uniqueness of her looks.

I always found Bipasha very very gorgeous in her dusky look...❤️

Guys, I am sorry if my post came across as body-shaming but it was actually just a subjective opinion on looks, which are very common in the forum. I don't want to take away anything from Bipasha's accomplishments when I say I found her gorgeous in Ajnabee and not-so-gorgeous in subsequent movies.

Bipasha was so ahead of her time. It’s strange how almost 20 years after her time, there’s barely any actresses with her skin tone. We’re stuck with pale nepo kids for now

Bipasha was simply stunning in her earlier movies. She looked ethereal in Raaz.

I completely agree with you minty..my thoughts exactly..she was on another level in Ajnabee and her bod was to die for..she looked much more feminine compared to what she started looking like later in her career esp in raaz 3..her worst

^^ not just for her skin tone, but for her whole package. How many sex symbols did we have before her who were intelligent, eloquent and articulate. She was a sex symbol without being trashy, was always playing very hard hitting roles without being ott. Obviously today most actresses expose and we have many others like her (i.e. Priyanka is well known for being sexy and playing hard-hitting roles), but at that point in time she was unique... most actresses were playing sati savitri roles.
