I don't think its Karam either. They makers didn't show what happened after Monami fell unconscious and Balli brought her out. I think Balli was able to get Karan out and someone (Tilli or Param or both) helped him out from the other route. Plus Monami didn't check Karan's pulse or anything either from what I remember so he could have just fallen unconscious for all we know!

Balli was shot in his leg.. he came out walking perfectly fine. Karan was hit by Charu earlier and you can see the injury on his face. So when they walked out, it was definitely Karan and Monu.
