Movie was too long, felt more like a documentary. It’s like watching a highlight of the 83. It needed a story, little more set up in beginning. People watching in village, families watching were the best moments but those characters felt aliens because they never introduced them.

even Deepika was wasted. Dhoni was much much better movie compare to this. I can’t believe kabir khan made this .

That’s because most of the cricketers didn’t want any of their personal moments to be shown or be dramatized. Whoever approved of it, like Srikanth, Sandhu etc, their moments were shown.

Alright movie. Some parts were good, some were cringe and the rest of the cricket match scenes were boring. But I liked how they kept including original teams pictures and clips in between.
