That's because the director is pro-pakistan guy is what I have heard but yeah that scene was do unnecessary. Why would Pakistan which itself couldn't qualify to the WC final will be considerate towards India in the WC final? 😆

Not true though. He made a movie called Phantom which had a popular line - hum unke gharon mein jake maarenge, which got many Pakistanis and their celebritities’ panties in a twist and they sweared never to watch his or Saif’s movies ever again.

Kabir Khan just got carried away like many directors do in including bhai chara sentiment. If you watch YRF movies from the 80s and 90s, you will have at least one scene like this.

I personally didn’t find it problematic.

i think the movie flopped coz of various reasons,I am not even sure if this was a significant reason.

The reason of them including this piece of propaganda?Bollywood in general is a bit like that,kabir khan had referred to the mughals as nation builders too

Same Josh and same emotion.. just loved the movie

I donot think their is any others reasons for the movie to flop except the budget

I finally watched the movie, it was not sooo great, and I felt his because Reliance had already posted the best scenes on YouTube
