Sleep pills nahi hai - they’re basically Benadryl to make one drowsy. I take them if I’ve pulled all-nighters and drunk too much coffee to regulate my sleep.

Don't do it chotu.. Not too much coffee nor Benadryl..it isnt without bad effects in the long run.. You're young, got a long time ahead, so take care..

don’t know ..never watched that show…But yes…these itv shows can’t focus on more than one female lead…so they may just decide to kill Arohi off….she’s on the montage with akshara and abhimanyu so they can’t relocate her to side role like they have with kairav…..who can blend into the furniture like the rest of the goenkas,..So I don’t know what they are going to do with her…maybe it will be better for karishma to move onto something better as well…🤷🏻‍♀️
