In Vankar's perspective, that must not be the intention. 😆. To show true love versus relationship bound by society.

Honestly, they don't think so much. I think it is a platform for Pakhi a.k.a the actress. Period. It is a double whammy because there's another show with her going on. This is a cross promotion. And done by the channel probably.

And I'm happy Sai got her solo space today. I must admit today Neil was good at showing he is completely lattoo over Sai.

I have a feeling Pakhi will trip Sai on stage.

Sia will probably record it ..and then drama. This time it will be embarrassing because DIG & his family is present.

Or maybe nothing will happen. This show is an expert at absolutely nothing of consequence happening on screen. Except some random dialogues.

I remember my post was reported for calling Pakhi the first wife and Sai the second(beloved) one going by Aishwarya's expressions every time Virat puts sindoor on Sai. As they said Pakhi is Virat's bhabhi and he has just one wife...Lo ab makers trolling viewers and how..😆

In general this song is used on sautans, by the ITV makers.. So you know this show is so low , low , LOW on moral grounds..

Shiva is shiv and Sai is another name of gauri..

How come that song even fit into such situation..

On the other hand Shiva was a marathi prince and Sai Bai was his wife whom he loved immensely.. He died taking her name..

I dont think it matters till they get numbers.. Pakhi has been called Sita.. and Virat Lakshman.. What more do you expect there..

We should not react tomorrow. If we do, the channel has hit its target.

I don't think the couple is gaining attention on their own strength. Red alert for negative buzz.

I hope it's a "coincidence" just like many other stupid "coincidences" in the show that they couldn't think of any other song to do.

And that there is no underlying hidden message in all this.

Otherwise i seriously don't like the symbolism behind this. 😡

On a separate note, when Bajirao Mastani was to be released, it led to serious discussions among the overall Marathi speaking population because of this.

Peshwas were considered very loyal and honest people and Bajirao who was immensely brave and could be single handedly credited for expanding the Maratha kingdom upto Delhi is a revered figure. For him to take up another wife was looked upon and especially when she was assumed to be of different religion. It's a matter of debate whether her birth was illegitimate. There's a popular opinion that she is Yavani (hindu father- muslim mother).

But i must credit SLB for changing that perspective. He gave equal importance to both Kashi and Mastani and it didn't look inappropriate. Kudos to all three actors for that too. It's hard to believe that Ranveer is not Marathi.

Towards the end, when Rao is dying and asks for Mastani but his mother sends Kashi was heartbreaking. But Priyanka did immensely good. Her pain and her love for Rao was so good.

I love that film... And it hurts me so much to see such beauty to be transgressed on such pathetic character here in ghum.

Priyanka was the only one for me in that movie..She is one of hose actors who takes all the limelight in whatever screen space they are given. She did it in Barfi and certainly in Mastani..I keep going back to her scenes in BM when I actually crave good acting.

That was the only good part. V looked definitely turned on by wife.

So yeah... Whatever Pakhi may think, V is over her.

The couple dance was also good. Although I felt the dance steps were same as those of the college function.
