Thanks for calming my nerves down with your analysis buddy. ❤️ I was super annoyed with Aryan.

Aryans is trying to help Imli understand that sacrifice for loved ones and family does not mean self destruction. This can happen only when you learn to respect yourself - the other thing he is trying to instill in her for long .

He helped her with Malini’s PF too because he figured out she needs to do it more for herself to prove she was right all along , to bring in closure. And then all the tall claims she makes to him after the PF about unable to fall in love , believe in marriage BUT she will start afresh for her mom & herself , achieve something in life , Aryan does end up respecting that.

But what does this girl end up doing instead forgot all of those promises, resigned from work , claims will pick up Jadoo for whom the T’s and ex husband, back to babysit them at the cost of her life and sanity ?

So Aryan has now pulled all stops because there is no other way to teach her than this extreme step. He is not finding it easy but he says yesterday Main kamzoor nahin padoonga thum bhi math padna, meaning grow a spine , fight just for your sake! Sometimes you have to take tough choices when your loved ones are having death wish and don’t realize that.

As for Imli accusing him , hasn’t he already said twice he will never involve her in his revenge quest , what else should he say , I guess he can word better , but then how to create that angst and frustration we viewers feel looking at these dodos at loggerheads?😆 And it’s not like he is getting away easily either Imli does not shy away from giving him a piece of her mind …. and he deserves all her wrath for putting her through this.

As for the hunter and hunting dialogues today it’s very clear that he was trying to explain Imli about ‘survival of the fittest ‘ concept , that’s all.

There is way more ceremonies coming up and story need to unravel little more to get bigger picture. Agree it’s slower than what we would like but then I remind myself this is daily soap , it’s called so for a reason , self explanatory 🤷🏻‍♀️

So the narrative is Aryan pushing her pushing her pushing her mentally continuously to the point she starts pushing back and responding with the learnings.

If ITV is trying to do the whole make Arpita face her fear kinda of desensitisation then this somewhat adds up - he is goading her and pushing her into a corner to change and think about herself because he has tried all other methods.

But again he is slowly falling for her. He may not want a relationship with her consciously but he does want it subconsciously.

Also he cannot just say - you are married now go concentrate on your career and studies when he himself is so invested in her. He also knows Imlie would want closure.

As you said - turn logic off and watch for entertainment. But that is SOOOO hard!

See nothing is illogical for me just the story is a bit drag...

Thing is we are feeling all these for Aryan because imlie is feeling them, and it's supposed to be that way otherwise what's the point?

Daily soaps hardly cater to our logics or intelligence the best they can serve is emotions so hang in there🤷

Another thing is never try to place Aryan Singh Rathore in any structure because the moment we think we understand him will be also the moment he surprised us, it's the thrill that keeps me going.

Completely agree with you. When it comes to Tripathis, Imlie's brain goes on vacation and she is willing to do anything for them. Call it social conditioning, stockholm syndrome or some sense of misplaced affection and responsibility They on the other hand are selfish enough to drag her in their mess again and again even after knowing the toll it takes on Imlie. The fact that they wanted Imlie to return to AKT after all he had done was a surprise to me. Would they allow AKT to return to Malini if she begged forgiveness and she was faithful to him AKT was not even that? The shamelessness with which AKT is trying to claim to Imlie publicly in her wedding is abhorrent to me. I think his brazenness in today's episode took everyone by surprise including Imlie. There is no sense of shame, guilt or even regret in him. As for Tripathis suffering with him, they are partly responsible for the person he has become so they need to share in his punishment. But Imlie is naïve enough not to understand this.

For whatever reason- compassion, love , admiration, friendship or some combination of all, Aryan has stepped up to protect her from her own stupidity. He knows Tripathis and AKT will never stop chasing her until either she grows strong enough to either thwart them or she is tied in a bond that puts her out of their reach. He is counting on one of two thing to happen - either Imlie takes control of her life and stops the marriage choosing herself over Tripathis or he gets enough agency over Imlie's life via marriage to intervene as and when necessary to protect her interests. Either way time will help Imlie understand him and hopefully choose him. The fact that Imlie cannot see anything beyond his supposed revenge tells him that she is still very emotional when it comes to Tripathis and she still does not value herself enough to understand that she might mean something to Aryan.

He can't tell her the truth because the moment he does, he loses his leverage and she becomes free to behave stupidly again. He is okay hurting her because he knows that the alternative is even worst than this. He will back off if she shows some level of sanity to him but she is not doing that.

Imlie is stuck in vicious cycle of doubting her judgement...she trusted AKT ...he broke it not once but twice and he was brutal with her. It took her a while but she forged a friendship with enigma called Aryan but now he too seems to be breaking her trust. She went through hell in her first marriage and she is scared that she is about to step in another hell. I am not sure she realizes yet what she feels for Aryan and so marraige was not on her listShe wants reassurance but Aryan is hesitant in giving that to her because the minute he does ...she will go her own merry way.

The only resolution is that Imlie finds some proof his caring, decides to trust her instinct and go with the wedding. I am hoping the payal and meethi's advice gets her there. She is wary but not hateful of this marriage.

The lantern scene foreshadows whats to come ,

1) The marriage will not be of force , it will be of trust and love

2) everyone will be happy with the marriage

3) imlie finding and fixing the lantern also shows she is going to fix the MU / or sees beyond that

4 ) aryans conc on akt , but imlie hell bent on saving the lantern also foreshadows some big drama about to go down on the wedding , where will stand for her wedding and get it done !

I totally agree with you. He is not marrying her to cut her wings but rather for her to fly higher and higher. May b the method he is using is not the best but that what he think will woek best to have her fighting steak back. And not the begging mode she turn into when she is with the T's.

He is not forcing wedding for his own gain in fact he loses more: her friendship, her care, their partnership, his peace of mind and having someone you love hate you that much and saying so many hurtful stuff must really be breaking him inside.

But of course having her challenging him all the time is only making him wants to win let not forget an Alpha Male will remain an Alpha male. Its like teasing a sleeping lion.

But I think in the end the choice of the wedding will be a 50-50 choice.
