Mental harassment is not addressed because it is not visible. And because it is not easily understood, there is a hesitation in even accepting that you are suffering from trauma.

There are multiple examples... PTSD to people who have been in war zones, those who have suffered brutal assaults etc.

But then again, people sympathize with them because the source of the trauma is visible.

Harassment that happens within confines of the home often goes unaddressed because of the kind of society we live in... and by we I mean the patriarchal society of the world (not India in particular).

Nowadays, there has been conversation about addressing mental health. But if you remember, Deepika spoke about it and she was trolled... ki isko kya kami ho sakti hai? Point is not kya kami? Point is the person feels incomplete with whatever they have.

Ghum main bhi... forget CN walo ka treatment... they haven't ever addressed trauma because of Jagtap ka kidnapping. That was a physical trauma too... so logically it should be visible.

Aaba's death to a motherless child is another trauma that went unaddressed.

Jab yahi dono itne imp events skip hue to CN ka harassment is nothing compared to that... (it looks like that... I am not saying it isn't but in magnitude its quite insignificant compared to the other two)

Lekin itni sensitivity na to makers main hai aur na hi primetime show main ye sab dikhane ki kisi ki himmat hai... to ye expectation rakhna bhi pointless hai

Thats the point. To create unnecessary/excessive drama they go overboard with things. In the process they not only ignore the more important aspects which they can explore and give logical and some quality content. Instead sensationalise wrong messaging.
